Joy of my life is offering one-on-one 15 minute Health & Wellness Education virtually with a Family Nurse Practitioner. Come prepared to ask and learn! This is a wonderful opportunity to ask those questions in areas such as nutrition, weight, sleep, exercise, stress, supplements etc. 

This is a fundraising event that affords the opportunity for Joy of My Life to reach the underserved community and provides YOU invaluable expertise and knowledge to your specific questions.
